I had shopped at Preston for many years but no longer.
I purchased a toilet there for a recent renovation of a secondary bathroom. The toilet sat new in the box until I was finished the renovation, and was the last fixture to install. I bought the fixtures first so I could be sure of the rough in locations. When I flushed it for the first time I noticed a hairline crack on the bowl rim.Spoke to "Steve" in plumbing who after speaking to the manager said I would have to go to the manufacturer with my problem due to the 'circumstances'.It was 2 months from when I purchased the toilet until I flushed it for the first time.I know many places in town that would have understood that this is a reasonable time frame and not given me the 'circumstances'B.S.

You get old fashioned high quality service and knowledgeable staff no matter what you need. Multiple price points to meet every budget too.

It's such a happy place too, you feel good when you shop there. If you're under 40 it's the sort of shopping experience the old folks talk about and if you're over 40 it's like a trip into the past when you felt like your business was important.
