I can only say thank you for the wonderful service from start to finish. I had heard from my friend Ben, Prima Mazda seems to be on the rise when it comes to customer care. So I thought I would give it a go. I walked into Prima and to my surprise my vehicle servicing needs were met with know how and effectiveness. The two advisors Frank & Neville were both busy with other customers when I first arrived. However I was not kept waiting unacknowledged while they proceeded with their customers. As soon as Frank finished up, he met with my vehicle concerns in a professional manner. I am grateful for the quick attention, the phenomenal service, not to mention the wonderful car wash I received as part of my service. Prima has just introduced a greatly priced (as they call it) Vehicle Spa Package for vehicle detailing. I will recommend this dealership to my friends, as it really has taken an above and beyond approach.
that I had the best service experience ever!! It feels great to walk into a dealership and be greeted with a smile. Soon as I opened the door they knew my name. It was great! They took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me like a person, not a number. They even offered me a ride home. Being a young mother of small children I found that to be most accomodating.
