We hired this company to paint the entire exterior of our house, including window/door trims. The owner (Cory Houston) had us sign a contract stating that they would use 2 coats of paint on the stucco, and sand/prime/paint our trim. He guaranteed his workmanship with a 2 year warranty which was stated in the contract and claimed he is also a member of the BBB. Profile painting only used 1 coat of paint and didn't even touch the bottoms of any window sills!! We tried to contact him to come and finish the job and not only was the phone number out of service, his e-mail address wasn't even valid! I contacted the BBB and they knew of him but they said that he was NOT a member and falsely using their logo on his
business cards. Please reconsider hiring this company to do any work for you....he has even been sued a couple of times within the last few years by his clients (according to the Manitoba Courts Registry).
