I was recently in a collision and was going around getting quotes. I called to see if it was ok to bring my car in and they said sure. I drove 15 minutes all the way across town and when I got there they told me their computers were down and couldn't give me an estimate. The next day I called before I headed over to see if their computers were up and running and the lady on the phone informed me that they were all fixed and I could get an estimate. Again drove 15 minutes all the way across town. When I got there I informed the lady that I was there to get a quote and she said that they wouldn't be able to as their computers weren't working. I told her I had called before coming over and was told that the system was back up and running. She then changed her story and said that the printers weren't working so she wouldn't be able to print the estimate for me. I will not be returning there for ANYTHING!

Excellent service! They are very friendly, professional and willing to let you check the progress whenever you want. My car had semi-major repair, including a frame tug and the car looks excellent. You would never know it was in an accident! My only complaint is that my car has been in the shop for 7 weeks and it should have been done 2 weeks ago, but I rather have the job done right then have to take it back.

I went there for a simple wheel alignment, I was contacted and told I needed a bunch of things in order to do the job. I told them it was just safetied about 2 months ago and the things I needed we rather major items. I took my vehicle to 2 other auto mechanics one being a GM dealership, they informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the parts that QUEENSWAY wanted to replace, so I saved myself $1000 and will be sure to tell everyone not to believe what their so called mechanics tell you that you will require.

I brought my car in and they told me a price, when I went to pick up my car they tried to over charge me by 300$ I believe that because I am I woman the owner thought I was a easy scam! Will never in my life go there again. I told him he could take me to court or the rest of the money cause he was trying to rip me off. It's been 3 years since and they never took me to court for he's so called extra cost!

Really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of this shop. They were great and my car looked brand new when they returned it! Small repair to be done but was so pleased when I saw that they had washed the car and cleaned up the inside as well. Above and beyond! Really, really happy with the service and Brad, whom I dealt with, couldn't have been nicer and more understanding.
