I went to rainbow three times this fall to get a bridal gown, and bridesmaid dresses.
The staff is very trashy, sitting on the counters drinking tim hortons coffee. When I tried to look into the cabinets they were sitting on (full of jewelry and hair pieces) the girl looked so mad that i mad her move.
I had to ASK someone to help me fit my wedding gown. Then when i was in the changeroom, the salesgirl left and never came back.
This kind of service happened everytime I went there. So I never purchased anything there.

We arrived after 7pm. We were greeted with courtesy and like we were the only ones in the store(but the place was busy). The staff were wonderful especially Hilda, my daughter looked beautiful in her dress and we were out of there at 9pm. I will certainly recommend this business, and we will be taking the bridesmaids there and of course the mother's of the bride and groom. Regards Mrs. Pelletier
