Overall excellent experience with the building of our new home with Randall. Start to finish our sales agent was there for us to answer all of our questions and concerns during construction. It was great to have the painter in our home during our final walk thru. Service department has also been good to follow up and get the minor fixes done.

After walking into a showhome December 2010, we met Ash Single who took the time to talk to a naive couple for over an hour. He answered all our questions without trying to pressure us into building. Gave us the facts, the good and the bad, and walked through options that fit our budget.

After looking at resale homes across the city, and visiting coutless other show home, we decided to build the plan we initially fell in love with and chose Ash as our sales rep.

We entered into contract to build with Randall in June 2011. It's now December and we haven't had a glitch thus far. Everyone we have encountered (with exception of the crabby receptionist) has been great. Amanda at the design centre took the time to work with us on issues we were indecisive about, and did not try to sell us on anything we didn't want or need.

We visit the site often and all contractors we have encountered have been great. They take the time to answer our questions and have been very pleasant.

We're on pace for our original possession date of May 2012 and look forward to the upcoming months.
