We used RCC Waterproofing a little over 12 years ago now on the east side of our home, and it is still as dry as ever.

Recently we started to get a leak on the other side of our home, and knew that our first call would be to RCC.

They haven't been out yet, but we are confident that the work will be just as great as last time.

Kham investigated the area, measured, described the waterproofing work, and wrote the contract. Bruno and the crew worked very hard. When it rained, the basement was dry as a bone.

RCC Waterproofing, the guys with the red jackets, started on time. It was Interesting to see the crew using the excavator and digging a part of the foundation wall by hand [which was a bit tricky] as it is 6 feet down. A sump pump was installed. The crew also explained the waterproofing process.

As new owner of an old home in this area I became concerned about the condition of the foundation walls and their ability to prevent water entering and damaging the basement interior walls. On somebody's strong recommendation I called RCC Waterproofing who gave me a price indication for parging. With surprising speed the company's owner, Tony Romanelli, appeared personally. He walked me through the potential project. After a thorough and helpful 'lesson' in parging he decided, surprisingly, that no work was necessary at this time. His firm would be glad to go ahead, but in doing so he would not be looking after my interest, only his own. I have a position on the Board of Directors for a townhouse complex. In the past we have always enlisted RCC to handle our waterproofing issues. Recently, we came into a crisis situation 30 units needed waterproofing in their basements. Immediately I phoned jamie who as usual came to the rescue. Not only did he visit the site once but needed to be called back a few times. Jamie, as always, handled our situation in a professional and calm manner. He was able to instill some hope in not only the Board members but the residents here. After all the quotes were written next came the crew to rectify the problems. When we saw them it was like the calvary arriving. We are so thankful to Dominic and his crew...I will miss them when they are gone! Dominic goes beyond the call of duty and his craftmanship is superior to anything I have seen before. I applaude him and his crew and wish all our contractors were like Dominic... my life would be so much easier.
In retrospect, RCC will always be our number one choice for waterproofing however, it is Jamie, Dominic (crew), and Anthony that make RCC for us!

I'm very happy with the work which RCC had completed at my home from the quotation done by Mr. Nagy Saad the Brampton Consultant area till the end of the job by professionals people,the team was amazing. The Consultant Mr. Nagy Saad was right on the money with the assessment of my property, he understood what was needed to be done and only recommended what was truly needed, unlike some other contractors which i had called for quotes. I would recommend RCC to anyone out there who has foundation issues.
PS the crew was clean and very professional.
