personaly my experiences at this particular salon have always surpassed my expectations,very prompt polite service
and great talent so hats off to them.

I've now had my hair cut at this salon twice in one week - one worse than the next. I went in asking for long layers to be trimmed and was sent away with a 2' difference in the layers on either side. It looked as though I cut it myself, except I would likely have done a better job. I went in to have it fixed (which I have never done before, but it was that bad), the manager has left me with hair too short to ponytail in a totally unflattering, unnecessarily too short, and shapeless, out of date style. I've been trying to grow my hair back out for months and now it's shorter than ever and looks terrible. DO NOT go here unless you're equally happy to shave your head.

my hair styleist at regis has always been wonderful always helpful.... I have had serivice from other styleists that wasnt the best

I entered the Regis Salon today to pick up some mousse and approximatly 4 minutes went by before someone even looked at me. Another couple of minutes went by before I was served. The stylist that served me did not bother to say hello, just grabbed the mousse and rang it in. Not once did she look at me, or bother to say thankyou for the sale. As I was leaving I thought to myself, "God forbid if she smiled, her face might have cracked." A few weeks before my son had a similar experience at the same salon, except after almost 10 minutes of waiting for someone to take his name for a haircut he walked out! My daughter is a stylist and hair technician for Regis, only in a different city. I told her of the incidents and she was appalled. Like she said, it is service and stylist's like that that give a bad reputation to all Regis Salon's and stylist's. Unfortunatly I will have to go into the same salon again as it is Regis products that I use, but if the same disrespect is shown again I will bring my business elsehere!!
