i have lived here since august i completely agree that this place is a dump and i wish to get out of my lease as well, or at least get someone in here to see that this building needs to be redone something needs to be done. or they need to get someone in here to take care of what needs to be done because i have aslo made complaints about this place and still nothing as been done i to have a 4 year old and pregnant as well and i do not want to bring a baby into this apartment. they should not even be aloud to rent these apartments out.

  this building should be condemned and also if your having so many problems just do what i did and call city hall and complain to them i will be writing a letter on Monday and giving it to them again then im going to call city hall again i know exactly how you feel this is ridiculous but if we all join together and maybe make a petition or something about this building then maybe something will be done let me know what u think and maybe we can get everyone else involved in the building as well

i have recently moved into these apartments and have made complaints to the buildings I have bed bugs, mice, and cochroaches. They keep telling me that they will take care of it and still nothing has been done! i signed a year lease and i need to move as i have small babies! i dont know what to do as the rent here is expensive and the living conditions are horrible! the hallway carpets smell like urine....so gross!!! anyone have any advice???

  i completely agree i moved in here in agust and wishing i wouldn't have i am completely disgusted living here i to have child and is pregnant as well and do not want to bring a baby into this apartment. something needs to be done they should not be aloud to rent out these apartments.
