On the very day we were hosting thanksgiving dinner for extended family members our main bathroom sink became blocked. A call went in at 9:00am and by 10:30am the sink was repaired.

Just this past weekend was my second experience with Safari Plumbing. From calling to office on a Saturday afternoon and getting someone in my home in three hours to fix a clogged main drain 30 feet away from the clean-out, the service is prompt and professional. All costs were explained beforehand, and clean-up was done afterwards. Quite sure they are not the cheapest plumbers in town, but worth every penny to have it done right. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have an investment property and we were fed up with mom-and-pop plumbing shops whose staff are all very friendly when they're there but won't call back in a timely way when you report that a problem wasn't fixed correctly. A friend recommended Safari so we tried them as our latest attempt to establish on ongoing relationship with a company that wants us to use them more than once. They turned up within hours of my cold-call on a weekend. I'm pretty sure Safari is somewhat more expensive but didn't bother to compare; I just want good service. For the moderately higher rate, however, you get professionalism worth its weight in gold. The plumber worked quickly and identified the mistake the previous guy had made without badmouthing him. He also made it clear that our problem might re-occur (I like honesty more than good news) but guaranteed to reimburse us for the part if we had to call Safari back in. What sold me, however, was their use of customer surveys to keep an eye on the quality of their staff's work. And who ever heard of a follow-up call from a plumbing company to make sure everything worked out ok? I was happy to sign up for the plumbing insurance plan they offer, which seems so generous as to be a no-brainer. I simply gave my tenants their number should another problem ever arise. I wish I got this kind of service from my bank.

I was really impressed with Terry at Safari Plumbing. He was really accomdating to my last minute changing schedule, and was not only on time, but early for the appointment. Terry was extremely professional and had my toilet fixed in no time. He was patient with me hanging over his shoulder the whole time asking questions and he made sure I was aware of the basic "need to know" plumbing facts for new homeowners. I will be calling this company again for any plumbing needs.

I recently hired David Sparling of Safari Plumbing to fix my bath tub faucet. It had been malfunctioning for over 2 years, and I needed it fixed asap. David's work exceeded my expectations. He was professional, the work was quick, and best of all I have a faucet that works perfectly now!
