The food was pretty good, lots of flavour. A friend and I shared spring rolls to start and an order of chicken pad thai. The only downer to this restaurant is the dining set up. Everyone has to sit in these long metal tables and its pretty squishy. Not to mention your sitting on a metal bench with no back... kinda uncomfortable. Prices were decent though. I would think about take-out next time.

Whats not to like. The food is very affordable. There is a great selection of wonderful tastes at your own spicey levels. I have been going here for over ten years and it never disappoints me. Love the Spicy Orange chicken and Chicken Panang. Everthing else is great too

My favorite place to go when I'm in the Yonge and Dundas area. Choose you chili level on all dishes! GREAT idea, cheap food, strange bench style seating makes this place a noisy chaotic place to dine, I love it, not to mention the staff are friendly and usually very easy on the eyes!

Salad King has a great selection of tasty Thai eats and the prices are very reasonable.

But I would highly recommend getting takeout. The restaurant is like a zoo. People are tightly packed into stainless steel picnic style tables with paper placemats that double as menus. The sound reverberates and although you 19re sitting very close to the people you 19re dining with, you still find yourself shouting to be heard amongst the chatter.

I suppose if you 19re looking for a good dining experience you can try 1cLinda 1d, the upstairs, higher end version of Salad King. But I have yet to go.
