I have my passport picture taken by Sarkis since the 80s because he is the best and he knows the requirements by the passport office.

Yes, Sarkis is the best, but where is he now?

I totally agree with you. Sarkis is absolutely the best passport/portrait photographer in Toronto. But he is no longer at the 137 Yonge Street location. Does anyone know where he has moved, and if he is still doing photography?
