Worst customer service ever!! I ordered a vanilla bean cheesecake bc my husband loves the one served at Saege. Since Scanway and Saege restaurant are run by the same people, I confirmed with a staff member it would be the same as the one they serve there. When we tried it, it was a plain NY style cheesecake- sans vanilla bean!! I was disappointed, but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it was a mistake and they gave me the wrong one. I have called twice (once v-mail/other message was taken) and didn't hear back from them AT ALL!!! I paid $40 for a cheesecake I could have made or bought from Sobeys for far less!! I'll never support the bakery or restaurant again. Too bad, since I brought many clients to lunch at Saege in the past.
