I walked in to have my hair cut and was immediately helped by Erin. She took an interest in me right away and spent a fair amount of time getting acquainted with my hair and what my goals were for it. She offered several extremely helpful suggestions and showed me some new products and techniques to use to help achieve what I was looking for without being pushy. She had an air of being genuinely interested, caring and having a desire to help. The hair cut was exactly what I needed and my hair is ten times better off. I will be coming back again, as this experience was excellent.
