This company is NOT about customer service. I spent over $3000 on appliances and none of them work properly. During their 90 day return policy, they were on a labour strike. Afterwards, I called them because both of my fridges were making noises and my "top of the line" Kenmore washer was leaking and ripping my clothes. They refused to replace my washer but a rude technician came out to replace the whole drum and seal. It's now leaking even more than before. Oh, and as for my fridge that makes loud knocking noises so loud that it wakes me up,apparently "all fridges makes noises." I've spent a total of 4 hours on the phone with this company to get someone to either replace my washer or give me my money back but somehow in the "large land of Sears" there is no one available to help me. They will keep telling you what they can't do for you, not what they can do for you. Today I'm going to sit outside their store with my washer/dryer, make a scene and let potential customers know what a terrible joke Sears Appliances are. They will be very quick to take your money but no one is there to help you afterward.
