The owners and staff here are great! They always greet you, but not in the shallow, mindless way they do at Blockbusters for example - these people actually remember you and say 'hello' for real! The owners are friendly, sincerely hospitable people.
The food is always fresh and the ambiance warm and cozy.
One woman with long, dark hair is great - always going the extra mile. I watched her help people with Xmas baskets and she was great - if I had a shop, she's the kind of employee I'd want!
