I found Security Building Supplies at the Home and Garden Show in Regina. I was impressed with the salesman Steve. I wanted a screen door. He said they come out, take measurements, order the door, and will install it (for an additional fee). I called Steve at the end of June. He said he would come out that day to measure the door. He did not come. I called 2 weeks later because I wasn't sure if he came or not. He apologized and said he was busy with month-end. My door arrived 3 weeks later. I told him in my initial phone call and when he came to measure the door that I also wanted them to install it. When my door arrived, he asked if he should just drop it off. I told him again that I wanted it installed. He said he would get that done that week. The week passed. I called the next week. He asked if I would be around in the morning and he would get it installed. Still no door. Called again today and he was unable to take my call.
