I was in store Oct./11 and received the best service from sales clerk and/orbeauty consultant. She had red highlights,went to a great deal of effort to locate a product that was no longer available,but was able to get me a few samples.I WILL RETURN to this location for further purchases and hopefully do business with her again.

I've been to Sephora's at the Eaton Centre location several times,and I must say that the best customer service I have ever received was on Dec 30/2010 from one of your assistant's named ZORFA (hopefully I spelled her name correctly). She was so attentive, answered all my questions clearly and had a lot of patience, although the store was very busy. Thank you very much, Zorfa.
