I purchased a $55,0000 boat from Shipwreck Marine back in July 2009 and received exactly what I had expected...perfection. The salesman from whom I purchased the boat was direct and very informing. There was no run around and unexpected or unnecessary charges. I brought my boat in for the 20 hour service and felt I received excellent customer service. As an experienced person in the service industry I understand the pressures and stresses that the staff may undergo. I feel as though it is just as important to treat the people on the other side of the counter with a little respect as well.
