Had a really nice experience with these guys, best customer service team as I was not sure what size and brand furnaces were available in the market. Their eco-assessment happened the day after I called and they assisted me in every step of the purchase. Even after sales support. Definitely recommend.
i have to admit they did offer good service but Goodman products aren't exactly the BEST. i mean they are good...but i believe Lennox is better...then again it would also cost a lot more for a Lennox furnace. I guess the good thing is that these are not your typical sales guys. They show they care about what's best for you and don't push you to buy more than you need.
I was surprised to see that they offer maintenance services at odd times and days. I had a problem with the water heater so I called to complain and they were actually ready to resolve my problem the next day. I asked if they can do it on a weekend and they agreed with no additional costs weekend repairs cost more if I had to book some other guys.
A rep from Simply Green knocked on our door today and came in to check on our furnace and hot water tank. They claimed that we're likely eligible for a free upgrade to an energy efficient one since our furnace and hot water tank are very old (even though they're still functional). They also claim that they bill through Enbridge. With all these door-to-door scams going on these days, I told the rep I will do more research and get back to him. Being a customer already, would you be able to verify for me that Simply Green does bill through Enbridge for their equipment rental? I'm unable to find this information online. Thanks so much!
I cannot stress enough the professionalism of the team at Simply Green. We agreed on an installation time for the furnace at my home but due to the crazy traffic I got there late. I was impressed to see the installation crew waiting for my arrival and they did the job efficiently and spoke to me politely, explaining everything, even though they were late for other jobs they had to do. And this was with free installation! In the last five years we’ve had windows done, driveway maintenance, decking, and now this—hands down Simply Green is the most professional contractor I’ve had over. Kudos on such a great crew.
OK, if you’re buying a new furnace the FIRST THING you need to do is make sure the contractor you’re looking at is Energy Star qualified. I didn’t know this til I called Simply Green. For one thing the units are way better and second you get money back. We got a solid rebate. It was a good price for a furnace that’s already going to use less energy than our old one.
