The staff is very helpful until I paid for my dress/accessories. The alterations were not very professional looking at all (think huge visible stitches inside the gown with thick white string). They ruined the beading on the wedding gown because they were not careful when doing the alterations. Further, instead of ordering me a new veil, they lied and gave me the sample that they kept in the store. Also, I was told they do the same with the dresses. If the sample one fits, they will sell you the used dress all the while telling you that they're ordering you a new one to cut their costs.
