The owner is rude. Been there couple of times & the owner has no respect on how she speaks her employees. She says silly comments, yells and embarrasses them, so sad because the staff is so nice.
The owner is some wanna be, she thinks shes all that! I went there and she was telling me her "problems" and sharing a story with me how she went on vacation, and they stayed at Four Seasons Hotel, her LV bag, and her brand name sunglasses and etc!!!!

went there for facial, asked specifically for yonka treatment, the esthetician said ok. their room for the facial looks dirty, the product she used was eminence not yonka as i specifically asked and she agreed to. will never go to this spa again.

PLEASE do not go to this spa wasting your time and money! The service is horrible and customer service is poor, and you will not get your moneys worth for sure!!!
The owner, Evan, is very rude to her staff, yet alone her clients!!! I received a body wrap and was given ripped towels to dry myself!!! I was very dissatisfied with my Pedi and body wrap which I paid over $200.
