I'm still trying to set up my appointment with Spa Medica. I had to call twice to set it up, then when I arrived for my consultation I had to wait 20 minutes to see the Doctor for the priviledge to pay $150 for 5 minutes. Part of this fee is applied to your service if you proceed, but no one has called me (or returned my calls) to set it up. I'd switch to another surgeon, but I've already put $150 in.

I expected much better service from a private clinic.
