Please DO NOT ever book this company!

Their services are NOTHING like they describe on their website. The people they employ for their spa services are not 'professionals'. There is no standard of service or equipment between their employees.

I was extremely disappointed with the service we received from this company. They were also impossible to deal with when trying to make a complaint.

Spa Smart Mississauga is the best spa I have been to in the Toronto area. I have been there twice now. The massages both times were excellent and very professional. All of the staff I have experienced have been friendly and do a great job. I had a sampler the first time where I experienced an entrance foot bath, great whirlpool tub, excellent massage and wonderful facial. I would definitely recommend this spa!"

The “Best Kept Secret Day Spa" is such a perfect phrase. From outside looking in, I had no idea how beautiful this spa was. It totally reminded me of New York. It was like New York in Mississauga. You would have no idea until you enter the spa. Not only I was so impressed by its uniqueness, I was also so impressed with the staff. Everyone was so friendly. I was greeted with warmth and welcomed. It really reminded me of the old days where everyone was so friendly and so cordial. I have been to many spas including the ones on the Las Vegas strip which are so often noisy and long walks, not to forget snobby receptionists and too expensive as well. I was given $200 spa gift certificate. I used it toward the Cleanse, which had everything for the body. Just like its sound, it is worth every dollar of the $209. I would have paid more for the services and the quality of the service. I was on cloud 9 by the time I was done almost 3 hrs later. If you are going to Toronto / Mississauga, I suggest you to visit Spa Smart. I was so happy, and I am sure you will be too.

I highly recommend the Tui Na Massage with Spa Smart in Toronto. The massage was great and it was nice to have special attention on the feet and back. The therapist was very friendly, very knowledgeable and offered many options and different massage techniques. I will be booking again and recommend this spa to anyone.
