The customer service at this location is ridiculous - he does not care, period. On top of that he gets angry and makes up claims and can do anything he wants because he has your credit card. In the process of getting my refund as we speak due to his ridiculous lies of "vehicle damage" and "fuel fill-up charges" !!

I obtained a reservation for a 10" cube van online. When I went to rent a Uhaul from Speedy Motors on 14/05/2012 and told that I am unable to obtain a rental vehicle. I expected the situation to be over but was charged $50 on my card illegally. I did not obtain any service for this vendor and did not sign any paperwork. I was told that there were no fees and no deposit. I have attempted to contact the vendor but they do not even have voice-mail. I have asked my credit card provider to review the case.

During a major household move undertaken in May of 2011 which involved the need for a U-Haul Truck rental, last minute circumstances became complicated. My interaction with Jack Rafik, the proprietor of Speedy Motors located at 1390 Dufferin Ave., Toronto, proved both a lifesaver as well as a pleasure. His knowledge, compassion, steadiness and solid sense of humor came to the fore no less than a half dozen times, thus relieving outright any last minute tensions. Simply stated, I was directed toward a flawless outcome. Moreover, once my journey was completed, Jack called me to insure that my reception on the terminal end of my trip was as comfortable as he had made it from the start. I can’t avouch this man and his company’s business practices more strongly. We’re talking proper old-fashioned commitment and concern; albeit, with one tiny caveat. If you find yourself falling short on the humoresque side, you might care to deal with someone less congenial and fun!

I received really good service for my car at Speedy Motors on Dufferin, let us just say that no other mechanic was able to match the sweet deal i got at Speedy Motors, absolutely fantastic!
