The first time I went in the sales woman seemed to be very pleasant and helpful, I found a beautiful dress and ordered it for my wedding. It took about 6 months for the dress to come in, and when it finally did, it wasn't my dress!! When I announced this to the owner she went from very sweet to dragon lady!! Not only would she not correct the mistake but she also would not return my money. They completely ruined what should have been a wonderful experience. After all, every girl dreams about buying her wedding dress.

To add insult to injury I met someone else who had a similar experience with them, only the dress was ruined during her fitting...Take my advice DO NOT GO HERE!!

  Sorry to hear about your experience, its horrible when this experience and expectation is ruined. I have the same trouble with Denilore Bridal (Edmonton), she is sweet as pie, she doesn't accept responsibility or accountability for her mistakes. I'm at the point where Im not even excited about my dress because Denilore has rained on my parade.

This review is for Bella Sposa. As for Sposa Couture, I would not recommend to go here unless you are a size 2-6 in street sizes as they don't carry much outside these sizes and unless you are planning to spend over $1500 on the dress alone, with no accessories or alterations. I basically went in and left to go next door to Bella Sposa right away as I am larger than a size 6 and wanted to spend around $1000 or less. The lady at Sposa Couture was nice and as I had to leave as soon as she told me they only had ONE dress in my size, I cannot rate their services.

Bella Sposa was one of the most enjoyable experiences I had. The sales girl was very knowledgeable as to what I would look good in. She put me in every silhouette (Mermaid, Ballroom Gown, A-line and Empire) and I was VERY surprised that I liked the way I looked in all of these. I never would have imagined that I would look good in a mermaid gown as I am apple/straight bodied. She built an amazing rapport with me and my girlfriend and was so nice and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable. Not once did I feel she was trying to take my money and was willing to let me in on who the designer was. She also encouraged me to continue trying on gowns at other stores so that I was sure that I was happy. I COMPLETELY RECOMMEND this store!
