I went to them after my friend's recommendation and seriously they dont have that huge selection and varieties plus the lady that served me was bad, she was pushy and kept telling me that i'm late and have to order my dress now and that i have to rush it. and when i asked her how long do you usually take to get the dress, she didnt answer, she kept saying we need to rush it to get it in 6 mos, although i still have more than 8 mos to my wedding date! and all the other stores i went to, they said it takes about 6 mos to order any dress!
on top of all that, she didn't let me try a dress just because i tried it before in another store and i liked it!! so i told her let me try it again, she's like NO!
anyways there are million other bridal stores, its not the end of the world but seriously, i wont recommend them or maybe it was just that lady!

I bought my gown at Sposaitalia about a month ago. I went to almost every store in Toronto and never got service or selection like I have at Sposaitalia. I can't wait for my gown to come in!!!!

Only business in the world that would yell at their customers for mixing up their dates. We can in today and mixed up an appointment, lady yelled at us, yelled other Italian speaking customers about us and then left us standing there while while we stood there WAITING for her. She didn't even attempt to deal with us after that.

Go somewhere with integrity.

You will have peace of mind knowing you did not get ripped off.

They lied about the price of the dress, where it was made and as soon as I asked about the discrepancies after some research, they stopped answering emails and calls.

Each person I spoke with told me something different, the salespeople were pushy and at times, rude.

Don't get duped... these guys will lie to get at your $$$$$ and then disappoint.
