I use their copy & print service constantly for my small business. The staff there are consistently polite, helpful, and know what they are doing. Anytime you need printing done go to Katie - she will help you with whatever you need and always goes the extra mile. Only shortfall of this location is the copy print centre gets busy - understandable since its usually just one person. service is worth the wait but have seen people leave instead of waiting

This is by far the WORSE store I have ever dealt with. Have you ever tried reaching someone by phone to see if they carry a particular ink cartridge or anything else? No one answers. Every department I called, no answer. I left the phone on speaker and waited 20 mins on hold. No one answered. This is a prime example of why "customer service" is so important to the customer. I will never shop in this store. EVER.

I don't find this one of the better Staples to do business with. They lost and never called about a special order I made, so I had to re-order it, the staff give wrong directions about where to find things, they frequently don't answer their phone, and they have been out of stock of items I needed. If you want to see a location where truly "That was easy" applies, go to the Gerrard Square location. They greet me as soon as I walk in and are asking right away if they can direct me to the correct aisles to find what I need.

I just recently bought a new printer for home/office use. I wanted to save money on inkjet printer cartridges which seem outrageously expensive considering how often I have to replace them, and so was considering getting a b & w laser printer. For my colour printing needs, I have decided just to get things colour copied. My salesperson, Mike, was interested in my requirements and was very helpful and knowledgeable about printers and costs. He also enabled me to take advantage of a sale that had just ended the day before. I always go to this Front St Staples - they maintain a good inventory and are always helpful.
