I had a TERRIBLE experience with Helen. I met with her a few months back and discussed pricing. After we locked in a quote and I left a cash deposit she asked how her pricing compares to her competitiors? I told her she had good value. After I left she called me on my cell to tell me she made an error on the invoice/quote. I explained that we had agreed to that rate and told her why and she apologized and asked me to ignore the call.
Two weeks later I selected my font and asked her to proceed to printing and let her know that we had decided not to do the save the date cards I had inquired about after my initial visit. She called me back and told me she has to cancel my entire order if I dont order the save the dates (remember: save the dates were just an inquiry quote AFTER our initial meeting and deposit). She said she gave me "way too good pricing". I told her that was her problem, business is business and we had already agreed to a rate and I had signed the invoice and left a deposit. Anyway, she insisted I return her "samples" she had let me take home to decide which sample I wanted to with and made me drive 45mins to meet her to give them back. She then gave me back my deposit and said "if you change your mind and want to do business again at the higher rate, please call me."

Extremely unprofessional and she fought with me like a little kid on the phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Oh and she yelled and screamed at me like a little girl in that conversation on the phone. Worst experience I've ever had with any business.

They got everything they wanted and more, for a great price and told me that Helen is just wonderful to work with, knowledgeable and meticulous.
