Hello Lee,

The purpose of this e-mail is to provide feedback on Superior Events participation at the event yesterday.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of customer service the event crew provided. From the moment they arrived to the minute they left - they were responsive, professional and efficient. Thank you Superior Events for providing an excellent crew.

I was pleased when I saw three staff show up and stay for the whole event, instead of the two we agreed upon. They arrived early and they each had a very positive attitude which was
really appreciated.

I can't say enough good about your company based on your help and your outstanding crew. We look forward to doing business with Superior Events next year.

Please note that we would really appreciate the same event crew staff next
year!
