They do not return phone calls. Product not delivered when promised. Not impressed.

  ok so i have seen their website ... its a nightmare, how dare they show something like that in public!! :-)

  Their showroom/displays was fine. Nice product. Just poor customer service. There's no excuse for not returning phone messages. Also, don't say you'll have it by a certain date (in order to get the order)and then not deliver. Frustrating....would best describe my experience.
