GREAT SHOP, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE August 25, 2009

They messed up my tire order. Said it was my fault basically. And didn't want to issue me an exchange. The tires were no good for my bike. I didn't want a refund, just an exchange, yet they wouldn't even issue me one. lame. I expected better service from this place. Completely boycotting them.
