This agency and an agent calling herself Angel Perkins have been incredibly unhelpful concerning a debt I use to owe to an American company called BMG. They refuse to send any kind of written statement, bill, or any other information pertaining to the debt. They persist in telling me that the matter must be settled over the phone, through my giving them sensitive financial information over the phone, rather than my mailing in the information or a check. When I requested a fax number they told me 1-888-246-1502, which came back to the voice mail of a couple named Gail and Chris Peck. All requests for information about Takhar above and beyond the address and phone number have been refused. Angel Perkins overall is incredibly unpleasant, attempts to be intimidating, and claims that this debt is "time sensitive" in refusing my requests for written information about the debt as well as information about the company.
