I was waiting for the jewelery manager regarding a return I made of diamonds that I bought online. I was waiting over 20 minutes at customer service and never did get to speak to the manager. I had to leave because I had my mother waiting for me. When I returned home there was a message on my phone for me to come to the store regarding the return, this could have been handled when I was in the store if anyone would have cared enough to speak with me. Now I have to make another trip to the store and probably wait some more for service.
