Asked specifically not to let anyone else pick up my TV. I was told my TV wasn't in yet twice and the next day it was picked up by the person I specifically asked not to pick it up. Lied to, did not follow instructions, and on top of that the management was ridiculously rude, did not apologize or admit to any fault in their actions and hung up the phone on me. Would never recommend this location, very unprofessional staff.

Staff was fantastic. They convinced me to buy the couch, which was on sale, by throwing in their 5 year warranty. Really glad they did, had my couch taken apart and put back together twice now by the in home repair tech.
The Brick managers have neglected to respond to our warranty items, after sending out repairmen and not responding to phone calls, or call backs, repairmen not showing after re-arranging schedules, also sent letters to Regional Vice president, East - still no reply.
Still waiting for the chair I ordered in October 2008 it is now March 2009! Lying managers and staff that hang up the phone on you and make false promises. Worst place I ever bought furniture from. Do not buy from Upper James Hamilton.
