I enjoyed my experience very much, UNTIL my dress came in and I had my first fitting. It was then I noticed that the entire left side of my dress was falling apart. It looked soo sloppy and was not what I had ordered. They assured me it would be taken care of by my next fitting. When I returned for my second fitting it was still not repaired. It looked as if nothing had even been done! They were acting like they couldn't see the problem...as if. Then thats when it all started...I was in tears - obiously upset, because they had a "there's nothing that can be done" attitude, and my wedding was drawing near. They were going to make me wear a ruined dress on my wedding day! I ended up getting the sample dress and using that for my wedding at no discount whatsoever. Yeah, a 1200 dollar dress turned into a sample that many girls had already worn. By this time the dress was already discontinued so I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A DISCOUNT! To top things off the manager pulled me into her office and basically raised her voice at me because I was so upset with the staff. A very BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
A friend of mine had a bad experience as well and I dont want to get into all the details but lets just say the bridesmaid dresses she ordered had scratches in them. She had to insist they get her new ones, because apartently the scratches were just how the dresses came!! hahaha.. And because my friend is more intimiating than I am apartently, they conceded and ordered new ones.
All in all I think the service is good until you have a problem. When a problem arises they take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for it, and do not make any effort to fix it.
If you want to have a positive exerience dress shopping, then I suggest doing research before you order!
Congrats on your wedding!
