I ordered an "Ash Catcher Spoon" from SSD. After about a week and they had still not shipped it I inquired whether it was back-ordered or some such. I did no receive a response though about a week later I received a different spoon in the mail. At least they sent me something but it was not what I wanted and they did not ask whether this would be acceptable or if I would prefer a refund. This frankly was lousy service and i would not order again.
