We held our daughter's confirmation party at the Magnolia Event Boutique this weekend. We thank Paul, Anita and all the Magnolia staff for the phenomenal service they provided. The food was amazing from start to finish...beautifully presented and delicious. Our guests couldn't say enough about how fantastic the food was. We were so thoroughly happy with our event and will definitely be holding more family functions at the Magnolia!

I celebrated my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah with Paul, Anita and their incredible team at Magnolia Event Boutique this past weekend. If you are looking for a venue with a caring team, amazing food and wonderful ambiance then look no further. From my initial meeting to the actual event, each and every request was handled with ease and grace. Our guests were evenly split between adults and 12 and 13 year old kids. We had Sole Power with Mayhem for the entertainment and the talented Marla Brown and her team do the flowers and décor. Not only did I love working with Paul and Anita at Magnolia, but my suppliers did as well – this only makes things run all that much more smoothly.

The staff at Magnolia are attentive and SMART!!! I had way too many guests with severe allergies. They were documented and the servers and Chef briefed. Everyone was able to dine with confidence that their needs were met. This was a tough challenge and I have never seen it handled better. They really set the bar high for others to follow. Servers were quiet, courteous, attentive and so efficient. The finest restaurants in this city should take note on how service should be delivered from the team at Magnolia.

Paul at Magnolia watches everything, moving from the kitchen to anywhere he is needed. The food at Magnolia is really terrific. I’m a foodie and love to cook and with that, all that much more critical. His veal chops will leave you licking your elbows and the salmon was cooked to absolute perfection. The hors d’oeuvres are generous, delicious and plentiful. Everything comes out piping hot.

My daughter wanted a very pink party and Paul and his team delivered it. The specialty drinks for both the kids and adults were rimmed in pink sugar and decorated where appropriate with pink candies. The sweet table was a site to behold…pink, pink and more pink. Not only did the desserts look good, but they tasted divine. Adults and kids alike attacked the sweet table. There were pink cake pops, éclairs with pink icing, giant pink marshmellow and much, much more. The tiramisu in tiny coffee cups was heavenly.

As good as everything was at Magnolia, Paul’s best kept secret is that he can and does take this show on the road and cater at offsite events with his coveted Magnolia team. These guys rock! Paul and Anita, thanks for making my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah a delicious, fun and wonderful event. You haven’t seen the last of us!!! You guys are the best!

Paul: the food was beyond outstanding. I have been receiving rave reviews from everyone. People want to put saddles on the shrimp and ride them away into the sunset..They were ridiculous.

I think you have to admit..even for your outstanding reputation..you really outdid yourself. I really cannot articulate how awesome the food and service was. Your staff are amazing, so cheerful and professional.
Everything was wonderful.

Ok, so I'm just telling you now..my little son Jamie's bar mitzvah is coming up in 2.5 years, so start planning now cuz you set the bar really, really high with this one.

We hosted our daughter's confimation at The Magnolia and I dont even know where to begin. From the moment we booked until the night of our event, our experience was flawless. Paul and his team did an amazing job. The venue is beautiful, the serving staff were so friendly. The food was amazing!! My guests could not stop talking about the menu and the presentation which was outstanding.
We ended the night with a chocolate fountain and sweet table.Wow WoW WoW..thats all I can say. Everything made in house and one treat more mouth watering than the last.
I will most definately be using the venue in the future and would HIGHLY recommend a visit to them if you are looking for the best in service and food!

The entire experience with Paul, Anita and the entire staff at The Magnolia Event Boutique was a stellar one. From the time of booking to the night of the event everything was perfect. The venue itself is truly Toronto's best kept secret - it's contemporary and classy layout, inviting lobby and decor sets the tone for a wonderful event day or night. As an event planner, the hall being a blank slate allowed for creativity to be at it's optimal as far as event decor went. We recently held a corporate two day event at The Magnolia Event Boutique and were very happy with the service that we received. Paul and Anita were very accommodating with every thing we required.

Our guests were very happy with the food selection and quantity of food. The service was great and we would defiantly use this location again.

We recently had 70 members of our business group hosted by Magnolia for a two day meeting. The facilities were perfect for the meeting. The AV worked well. The overall cost was very favourable also.
Of special note was the food. Rave reviews for the quality and flavour of the meals. Absolutely the best food I have ever had at a banquet facility.

So excited to be having my daughter's confirmation at The Magnolia this April. I am writing this review to say what wonderful service I have received so far in just the planning of the event. I had two previous functions with Paul at his previous restaurant and both times left extremely happy and with my guests raving.
I look forward to another wonderful event with Paul at the helm and his wonderful staff to assist. Do yourself a favour and checkout the venue and meet with Paul...I promise you will not be disappointed

from the moment we met Paul & Anita @ Magnolia i knew i was in good hands. We had our wedding on NYE and everything was absolutely perfect. Our guests have not stop talking about the food and service! The menu Paul put together for us was incredible. From start to finish the service was spot on and the night was flawless. We couldn't have asked for more.

The staff was awesome. They where all very polite and eager to serve or assist us with anything.

Paul was very helpful catering to a few of our guests that had very sensitive food allergies which was very important to us. He and his brilliant kitchen staff came up with a unique menu to accommodate those guests.

All in all everything was perfect. moving forward i will have all my events and special occasions @ The Magnolia! Toronto's best kept secret!

This was our 3rd company holiday party working with Anita and Paul. Our first year was at The Match, and the last 2 years we've had our party at The Magnolia. Anita & Paul are both fabulous! Their venues are beautiful, their food is delicious and their candy martinis are amazing. They take care of pretty much everything for us and make it so easy for our event to come together every year. They even assist us with planning and help with suggestions. I'm sure we will be celebrating at their facilities for years to come!!
