We've been eating at this location for many many years. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated. While they have spent a fortune in interior redesign, the same can't be said about training the staff.
We had made a reservation for 12 people. But they couldn't accommodate us when we arrived and my father in law had to maneuver other tables so we could be seated together. We had to get the menus ourselves because after being seated we didn't see our waiter for some 20 min. After taking our drink order, we didn't see our waiter or drinks for another 20 min. And by 30 min. we still didn't have all the drinks. The food came out at separate times and some dishes had to be sent back because they weren't warm or were incorrect orders. The waiter never returned to ask how our meal was or if we needed anything else. The table near us that was being serviced by another waiter had over 2 turnovers while we ate our meal. This is not fine dining so you wouldn't expect to sit there for 2 hours, with 4 kids under 12. When we got the bill the gratuity was already included. No wonder the staff couldn't care less!
We go there a lot because the food is good and it's close, but the service continues to suck. And they include the 10% gratuity in a bill that even I couldn't figure out, to trick you into tipping more than you should.
Yes, I went back to this PB location, and despite the hiccups in the service, the food was very tasty. They had a bartender on staff, but he was also serving tables. Don't they understand that there's money to be made on the drinks? Very slow service for drinks, and no one comes by to ask if you'd like another.
Don't order the Bellinis. Very large, slushy drinks, that you won't find the alcohol in.
