We travelled all the way from Toronto to pick up tiles that were allegedly available at the Mississauga location. Unfortunately for us, when we arrived at the Mississauga store - via the Toronto store who referred us - we were informed the tiles were NOT available. Staff did absolutely nothing to help remedy the situation.

each store has samples given out with deposit......this time I was refused 2 samples out of three requested...no reason given, similar tiles from the same row of boxes.
And with ironic smile I was told to but one tile and throw it out later.
No manager to talk to and I was refused contact info for corporate office to complain.
Just for 5 bucks you lost the sale of 500-600, already bought similar tiles somewhere else.
It happened April 29 around 2pm and the employee I talked to was totally indifferent if I buy there or somewhere else.

I was missing few tiles for my project and was not able to find it anywhere, but was able to find it in tile shop. They saved me. Store have agreat collection of backsplash too. Staff is very good with customer service.

We were happy with rob Taylor he was a lot of help to find what we were looking for .

Rob Taylor was very helpful and friendly at the Hamilton Tile Shopped location. The selection of tile and prices are unbeatable. I got tile that I was looking at in a different store for half the price here. And it's all laid out to easily view. No heavy lifting of tile boards to see piles of it underneath one another. This is a great store. Wil gladly return whenever I need tile again

Very well served by Rahmani in the Shipping Dept. He was very courteous, informative and friendly. I have been there several times over the last two years and will shop there in the future.

Rahmani was very polite and took great care loading my laminatae flooring in to my car. Laises at the desk were also very helpful and gave great customer service.

In the showroom we dealt with Victor, Irena and Terry who were all helpful and provided excellent service. Warehouse staff were excellent to (too many to name!). We're building a house and buying a lot of tiles ~ daily visits and pickups and we're always pleased with the service.

Selection is decent.
Prices are good.
Service just average.
Customer Service inside the store is pretty good as long as they are not very busy.
You need to load the tiles yourself in the back warehouse.
They hand the tile boxes to you.

Rex was fantastic helping me out in the morning and making sure that I got what I needed. Very pleasant to deal with especially in an industry such as this. Thank you to Louis for helping me load the items, very friendly individual as well.

Great customer service, excellent variety of tiles, Rahmani guy @ warehouse helped a lot in loading my materials.

Warehouse personal Omar should be fired as he doesn't have any skills very poor customer service...
