I go through tim hortons drive thru when we are running late or for a treat.. today I got scammed out of my money from a guy in drive thru.. I gave him 2.25 and the coffee was 2.05, yes I know 20 cents but it adds up after awhile since the price of coffee is expensive enough. He refused to give me my change.

Their doughnuts, cookies, bagels etc are always fresh and available. Area always clean and tidy..unlike other stores I have been in! I usually come around the morning and always get my triple triple without fail! They have a great group of people who generally care for their customers.

consistently do not get the correct coffees as ordered. I usually get coffee between 5 and 7 am. This morning, none of the coffees had sugar as ordered.

This Tim's provides us with our weekly order of donuts, muffins, cookies and bagels every Friday without fail. They are a wonderful group of people. Keep up the great work.
