I had attended the Bridal Show at the Toronto Convention Centre earlier this month and had visited Tom's Gifts' booth. They had a fantastic selection of wedding favours, bridal party gifts and centre pieces. Tom was very friendly and explained to me how the whole process worked. We then made an appointment to meet at his showroom. When my fiance and I went there he showed us everything that he had available and we were able to pick what we wanted and make the arrangements. He really helped to take some of the stress out of planning for our wedding. Thanks so much Tom.

We had stopped in to see what he had...at this point we had no idea what we even wanted as our wedding favors. Tom had the most amazing stuff we had ever seen. We had looked at several different items, until my fiance noticed the ice cream bowl sets. We fell in love with them and decided right then and there that we wanted 72 sets for our wedding. I had called Tom on the phone and he was so nice and had amazing customer service skills when I spoke with him... we had worked out a deal. We trusted him and he trusted us as well at this point no money was exchanged. The prices were amazing...Tom was so accommodating and he worked with us from the beginning to end.

Tom also told us that him and his team will wrap them with tags and tool and everything in between for a good price... which saved us money and time in the long run. Let me tell you the 72 gift sets look absolutely AMAZING!!!

I know these posts were awhile ago, but I have to say that they are completely untrue.

If you are considering using Tom's Gifts for your wedding I have to tell you that you are making an AMAZING choice. I met Tom at a bridal show in Toronto and he carried a great selection. Right away he told us that he had much more stock available for us to see and when we told him what we were looking for, he said No Problem! It was actually a couple of months later that I made the appointment and Tom remembered us! He was (and is) totally friendly and helpful. When I told him what my wedding theme was, he immediately showed us about five different options. I couldn't believe the ease with which I found my centrepieces, wedding favours AND a great signing piece, all with Tom's help. He proposed fair pricing, including wrapping and went out of his way to make sure we could get the pieces in great time.

Within ONE week Tom had EVERYTHING we ordered. His timing is great, his prices are highly competitive, and his gifts are great quality.

I would recommend Tom in a heartbeat to anyone looking for wedding items. You get what you put into a relationship, and Tom puts his whole self in.

We were referred to Tom's Gifts by a friend, who had nothing but praise for Tom.
We made an appointment to met with him to select our wedding favours. I was surprised to see so many different items and ideas to work with.
We ordered 112 ice cream bowl sets, only to realize I had forgotten to count some of my family members into my total guests attending. At the last minute I approached Tom with my grave mistake.
Tom was amazing! He said it would be no problem and he would take care of us. He came through as promised and saved my wedding.
It was so easy working with Tom, he was super friendly and and even helped us load our van with our gifts and our center pieces that we had ordered.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Toms Gifts to all my friends!

We met Tom of Toms’ gifts at The Toronto bridle show last January. He seemed nice and helpful. We found the perfect gifts for our ring barrier and flower girl. At the time he said he would have everything in stock at his home and if we could drop by his booth at the Pickering market he would be able to take is order and there would be no problems. Today we went there and asked for what we wanted he said he doesn’t carry what we were looking for and when asked if he be getting them in again he became angry and belligerent towards my fiancée and acted like she was in his way. She became upset and had to leave. He just want people to buy his dollar store crap at the market and keeps his nicer things for show that he won’t sell to you because he need to personalize them for you . Don’t give this man your business he is a scam.

  Well we met him at the Bridal show too, when we asked him for prices he gave us a very good price including engraving. When we went to see him, he told us that he never said that engraving was included. when we told tried to remind him what he told us, he was very very rude. He didn't have what we wanted from the bridal show, he said that it's sold out and asked us to buy whatever he has. When we asked about engraving he told us a unreasonable price (way higher than what he told us at the show) so we will settle for what he is giving us. He is a BIG scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
