comments regarding great pricing and installation pale when considering an 'oversell' on quantity of tiling, and refusal to accept either any responsibility, or return, of said 'over-sell'. It does not seem to be 'good corporate responsibility' to refuse to accept a return of unopened boxes of tile in times of overfilled landfill sites...less than impressive.
