Dear Madam,
just to clarify that when you ordered the limo, you reserved the limo for a specific time and 2 days before the prom you called us to change the pick up time and we told you we can't promise anything since everything was arranged already but we will try our best and that day traffic was terribly busy so we still made it at the first arranged pick up time.
And when you called us and said that the driver was driving in the wrong direction, i called the driver and he told me that he took a different route to get your daugther to the prom ASAP but when your daugther saw the way that the driver took she thought that he was driving the wrong way. And I personaly called you a couple of times but your phone was busy and another time somebody else picked up the phone and said it was the wrong number.
But regardless of what occured on the day of service, we do sincerely apologize for what happened.
