I've had a Charger and two Challengers since 2008 and I've brought them all to Toronto Dodge Chrysler for service. No one really likes to have service done to their vehicle but these guys run a tight, friendly ship. Both Shiraz and Vish are on-the-ball at the front and the mechanics are great, in particular D.J., who has been an excellent point man on my car. They haven't even charged me for a couple things I've asked to have done!
I cannot speak highly enough about this team.

I brought in an older vehicle for an oil change and a general look over. I left with a bill for $2,600. Every time we spoke the price was skirted including the call where I gave permission to go ahead with the work.

Also note that they will try to "flush", "adjust", "test" or "service" everything in your car with the bill coming out bigger than you could imagine.

You would think if your 10 year old car was valued at $3,000, you wouldn't expect just a service to run you $2,600.

Beware and make sure you get your price before they start!

    It is most unfortunate to hear about your experience, as a matter of company policy we do not perform any work unless authorized by the owner of the vehicle and furthermore our quotations for work to be performed never exceeds 10% over or under the amount quoted at any given time, your advisor quoted you the price for the repairs and you asked to proceed with it.

Good morning Marcel,

Hope you are enjoying Florida and playing well. I have to commend Shiraz in your service department for going out of his way to help Heidi Winter now at 680 formerly the FAN.

Yesterday afternoon when she went to the parking lot at Huntley her passenger window had been smashed and her GPS stolen. I just happened to be there when she got there and needless to say she was upset. Not knowing the closest GM dealership we called Speedy and were informed the
closest one was in Scarborough???

So I took a chance and called your dealership despite being a different brand. Shiraz immediately sprung into action and welcomed us in the door. Within an hour he had a GM and non OEM quote. The latter is being installed today. I can't thank you or Shiraz enough for helping solve a very upsetting problem.

Many dealerships would have turned us away however not Toronto Chrysler. This type of un parallel service can only come from you Marcel and flow down to your people. Thank you it was really appreciated. Be well my friend,

Hi Marcel - long time no see! I hope all is well with you.
I simply HAD to chime in and mirror what John said.
Shiraz was truly outstanding.
When you're rattled by someone breaking into your car, you
tend not to be thinking too clearly.
Between Shiraz and John, I could have not asked for better service or support.
Hats off to your dealership Marcel and the people that are a part of it.

Dear Mr. Stern and Mr. Stirpe,

I wanted to write you about a wonderful customer service experience that I had in your service department last week. I've always had great service from Vish, Siraz and Alan, but this incident was outstanding.

I brought my van in last Wednesday for a tire and oil change. When I picked it up afterwards, I noticed a long scratch of orange paint across the middle and back panels of the driver's side. I knew that the scratch hadn't been there the night before and I had only driven from my parking spot in a condo on Queen's Quay to your shop on Wednesday morning. I thought that I would have noticed if I'd scratched it.

Alan Baird was kind enough to look around the shop floor, but couldn't figure out how it was caused. David Boblitz even reviewed the security camera tapes and couldn't see any incident. Regardless of this, Alan told me to bring it in Friday and Satesh Puran would buff it out as a courtesy.

I drove back to my condo and pulled into the same parking spot that I've parked in for eight years. When I got out of my car, I noticed a steel pipe that matched the scratch exactly. I must have scratched it myself as I pulled out to come to your shop.

I called Alan right away and told him. He replied that I should still bring it in Friday for a courtesy buff-out. Satesh did an amazing job - the scratch is gone.

I'm on my sixth Chrysler minivan and I've been coming to you for service for 12 years. With customer service like this, I will continue to do so for a long time.

Please give the service people a big raise.

I've received outstanding customer service from this dealership. I have purchased two different vehicles and have taken many vehicles there for maintenance. The maintenance team is professional and knowledgeable. They treat you with respect. All options for repairs are explored and well explained, including which repairs should be done immediately and which can wait.

The shuttle service throughout the downtown core makes this a very convenient option for those who work downtown.
