Try to reach a manager after they ruin your ticket by changing your name. Rent a car and they will mess that up too. Find out once you get there! Anyway, when you call to speak to a manager, you will be blocked and told you cannot get through to the person that has screwed it up. You^ll even get a personal medical excuse-OK but at least get someone else to help. Traveling is complicated and agents are the experts... Try telling your story over and over so that they can fix their mistake!!!! Ask who the owner is after trying to speak to a manager (we weren^t able to reach a manager) and they will say they don^t know who is the owner after telling you that noone can help you. They knew about their mistake (as per my answering machine) and they didn^t fix it, then they handed me the tickets with the mistakes afterwards. Wow, really?

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Never again.
