This is a business that I have dealt with for years but the last year has left me with such a bad taste that I will no longer frequent them. There is one counter rep that has no idea what customer service is! Product is ordered, installation parts are missing and you're never informed as to when the items will be shipped to you. Several repeat calls but no satisfactory results. You get the same response - "it wasn't me who did it". The whole store seems to suffer from a major attitude. The reps stand behind the counter on a Saturday morning and run down their counterparts - very professional!!! As a customer waiting to be served, this left a particularly nasty impression. I will not deal with this store anymore and will drive to Strathmore or Olds to get what I need rather than deal with the staff there.
