Okay you phone ahead and ask if a person knows how to cut a certain hairstyle; they say yes! My Hubby swears by this place? So I come in and get a Diagalnal Forward (posh cut) I get home and my daughter says what did you do to your hair? It looks like you put a bowl on it and cut a Bobb! I phoned back to the salon and complained that the girl obviously didn't know what she was doing and insisted on a new stylist. I was told the same girl would fix my hair take it or leave it! So I left it. I went to another salon in the same strip mall on the other side and they said it can be fixed but you will have to go shorter! They asked if my hair was done by an actual licensed hairdresser? I said yes she would have to be to work? Either way they were astonished at how badly cut my hiar was with scissor cuts and uneveness! Just because all they do all day are men's cuts does not mean they know how to cut hair! Even I can use a clipper, but it takes experience and quality to know how to cut a womans hair properly, not hack it off the way mine was.

I told my spouse never again! thats what I get for being cheap! Wet hair and a crappy cut!
