Sam the owner has horrible customer service skills. His estimates are bs, after he strips your car down he tells you there's more things to fix, he loses his temper if you ask him too many questions however at first he sounds good until after he strips youre car down, you ask for updates he'll tell you he's working on it everytime you call. i had my bmw m3 there for a little bit over a month. the paint job sucked ass, the fitment was off and he says he gets all "origingal" part, they even missed buffing a few spots and when I tell him on the day of pick up he says hes going to fix it, after a week i go back to pick up the car he says its the best he can do.... still missed a few buffs and fitment is still off....

I had an unfortunate accident with my Porsche Boxster as I needed major work to the rear quarter panel and passenger side door. I did some research and came across Unibody in Mississauga and Car Star. I went and first got a quote from CarStar and then sent in the pictures of the damage to Unibody. The quote from Unibody was $1000 less than CarStar. I chose Unibody based on all of their great on-line reviews as well as cost and the experience from the team there could have not been better! Sam and Rich kept me updated on the work throughout sending me pictures during the repair process and the finished work was even better than expected. They made my Porsche look new again! From start to finish the entire crew at Uni-Body was just fantastic. The are the preferred repair shop for TD Meloche Monnex (which referred me to Uni-Body) and now I know why. They are the most technologically advanced body shop I've ever seen & I couldn't find a single thing wrong with the Audi when I picked it up - and I'm picky! The car was washed and wiped down on the inside and there were absolutely no headaches. Strongly recommended!

I cannot state it any other way - simply OUTSTANDING work was done on my Mercedes ML320. No one could tell it had been in a front end collision at all. Car was cleaned and vacuumed at no extra charge and they even stayed after hours to release my vehicle because I could not make it during office hours.
