I was referred to Univeral Auto Body through a friend and I have absolutely no regrets! At first I was very skeptical and nervous as to where I was going to get my repairs done because its a new high-end car and I don't want just anybody to touch it. I read this same Review 3 weeks ago before I took my car in. These reviews gave me mixed feelings about this shop but I gave Chris a shot any way. Chris does EXCELLENT work. Like mentioned in the reviews, sometimes it may take a few days or maybe even a week longer than mentioned, for your repairs to be completed. It's worth the wait, trust me. Chris does not want to rush the job. If you have a new high end car, take your car to Universal without any hesitation. My E92 M3 wasn't involved in a big hit but the damage was pretty bad and right now it looks like it came out of the BMW showroom. Prestige Condition! Paint quality 10/10.

I brought my car to these guys after I had a horrible accident earlier this year. I'm proud to say that my car was repaired in a timely manner and looks like nothing even happened. the owner Chris went above and beyond and even buffed and touched up my car.

Chris does amazing work. Although some of the reviews below may say it takes too long, you have to be patient if you want your car to be fixed properly, especially if it is a high end vehicle. I was in an at-fault accident and didnt want the insurance increase so told the guy I would pay for repairs. He took his car to his dealership, and than to Chris' shop. Chris fixed it for about 25% less than the dealership quoted and did a great job.

Chris is a great guy to deal with, my BMW M3 looks great & you can't tell it was invloved in a major collision. I sent all my freinds there with no problems.

I have delt with Chris(owmer) 4 times now with with different cars and he has done nothing but perfection with my vehicles sometimes it takes longer then time said but 100% satisfaction after job done A+++

Excellent job, fast service, and competitive prcing - hard to believe you can get all 3 at one time. The owner (Chris) was very knowledgable and professional. He came to my home to conduct the estimate. Universal completed my farily major job in one week's time with excellent results. He replaced my driver side door and fixed a serious dent in the fender and you CANNOT tell that there was work done! When I dropped the car off, Chris showed my the parts he was going to use so I knew the parts were new and genuine factory. Universial came highly recommended from three of my my friends that drive high end luxury cars, so I know I could trust this shop to do top quality work. No hesitation whatsoever to recommend Chris and Universal auto body to anyone.

i took my car there for some minor damage on the door
they had the work done in 3 days and was great work you could not tell where it was damaged before.

i think the above comments need a grain of salt with them
if they're any of the one's sitting on the lot that i saw that were in accidents and require MAJOR work. i can see how that does take time

I dropped my vechicle off for a simple body repair and paint job July 2007. According to the insurance adjuster and other body shop quotes including Universal's the job should of taken 2 weeks.

I received numerous promises from Chris (the owner) that the truck would be done on this day or that day, needless to say we are now into March 2008 and my vechicle is still not done.

My reccomendation. Use anyone else but them.

Took the car in for to be painted and auto body repairs to be done. The owner (chris) told me it would be realy in one month. It is now 4 month later and my car is still there not finished. I have went there every week since its been there to check on the progress and everytime barely anything has been touched. He has been paid half the money already. He keeps pushed the due date back a week ever since the first month was over. My car is a summer car only. It went into the shop at the end of Arpil and it is now the end of August. At least 20 other cars have been in and out of there since mine has been there.

Owner is very unprofessional and does not keep his word. When asked for a receipt for the half of the money that was paid for the job he said he didn't have any paper. So he wrote it on the back of a business card and gave it to me.

I would not recommend Universal Auto body to anyone!
